主讲人简介：

Michael Freiboth is Professor in the Faculty of Business at Technical University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, Germany. He is lecturing in the field of Strategy, General Business Management and International Human Resources since 2012. Before coming to Augsburg Technical University of Applied Sciences, he worked in several Upper Management positions in the German automotive industry as Organization Development Director for Audi and Volkswagen and as General Manager and HR Vice President in other international automotive supplier companies. He obtained his PhD in Industrial Design with a specialization in Lean Management and Lean Production at the University of Kassel, Germany. Michael Freiboth also holds an Executive MBA by Gutenberg University, Mainz. His expertise in research and teaching mainly focus on strategy design. He has published several teaching and research papers on Job Design, Work Organization and Strategy.
